How do I see if a file I sent has been downloaded?
To see if a file you have sent to a contact has downloaded the file you have sent them, follow the steps below.
1. Click on My Files on the left hand side of the FileGuardian home page.
2. Once you are on the My Files page, search for the client record that the contact is associated with.
3. Once in the Client Details, find the file you are looking for in the files section on the bottom right.
4. Click on the file and you will be able to see the access history of the file.
